Shipping policy

A. Shipping costs and information:

A dispatch of the goods is by default only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DHL or by a forwarding agency. You can see the respective shipping costs in the table below.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail (insert e-mail address) before placing an order and please name the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 4.90 Euro per order. From a gross order value of 60 Euro we ship free of charge.

B. Payment information:

I. For shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

II. for shipping outside Germany

III. detailed information on the individual payment options

1. advance payment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 14 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. purchase on account

After receipt of the goods you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within 14 days.

Cash payment on collection

You pick up the goods yourself from us and pay on site in cash or by invoice. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receipt of this e-mail you can pick up the goods at the following address: Darßer Bogen 4, 13088 Berlin.

In this case no shipping costs will be charged.
